SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer worldwide 7 days standard shipping through FedEx, DHL, and DPD (domestic deliveries).

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our delivery cost may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. EZGI CINAR cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of EZGI CINAR.

Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. FedEx /DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.

For orders to Switzerland or United Kingdom in CHF, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments FedEx will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.

For orders placed outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

For Made to order items placed outside of Switzerland duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

You can return any item except Made to Order items purchased on ezgicinar.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

MADE TO ORDER RETURN POLICY

All Made to order items produced by EZGI CINAR, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made by hand in our atelier to ensure the best possible quality. Each piece is made to order and as a result of this we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

Orders in the EU

Please notify us on sales@ezgicinar.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

Please notify us on sales@ezgicinar.com providing your order’s number, we will then issue a proforma invoice, which has to be attached to your return. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Affix the proforma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package, so that all the details are easily visible.

All returns from outside the EU sent without EZGI CINAR's proforma invoice shall be refused.

EZGI CINAR AG. is the official worldwide distributor of the brand EZGI CINAR. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as EZGI CINAR.

We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: FedEx, DHL, UPS. Please note that the return via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.

Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. EZGI CINAR cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.

We are not currently able to offer free returns. For all International returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at sales@ezgicinar.com. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.

REFUND

In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that for orders from outside the EU with a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by EZGI CINAR.
