Shipping

You will receive an order dispatch email with a tracking number. If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@ezgicinar.com

Once payment is cleared it will take an estimated- on stock items 10 business days – pre order items & couture 8-10 weeks before delivery as each EZGI CINAR piece is crafted by hand. Orders are shipped by DHL. We may sometimes use other couriers. This will depend on the customers country.

If the customer has provided an incorrect address, refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it’s not picked up at the pick up point (in the case of missed delivery attempt) we will have to charge an additional fee to resend the shipment to you. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be despatched until the original order is delivered back to us.If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and EZGI CINAR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND

WORLDWIDE
If you order products for delivery outside of Switzerland, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You, as the importer, will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. These fees are enforced by the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

EZGI CINAR is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.  If you decide to refuse any shipments from EZGI CINAR you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on both the original and returned shipment.  In this event, this amount will be deducted from your original payment.  

 

Returns – Exchange policy

All clothing and accessories produced by EZGI CINAR, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made by hand in our atelier to ensure the best possible quality. Each piece is made to order and as a result of this we are unable to offer a refund.

You are allowed to return products to get them resized. All return delivery costs must be covered by the customer. If you are unsure about sizing please email sales@ezgicinar.com before or after placing an order. We offer a complimentary made to measure service and we encourage customers to contact us with their requirements.

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged during delivery you must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s). Please email sales@ezgicinar.com before returning any products. In the rare case of any item being faulty upon delivery a product exchange will be offered. If you do not inform us within 7 days (in writing) we shall no longer bear liability to you for the products.

Please do not return any products to us before informing us first and confirming return customs documents. Products must be returned to us in the original condition and in the original packaging. Please be aware that the shipment costs to send back goods to us cannot be refunded if not agreed prior from us in writing. It is important that you use a courier or registered post to send back goods. We are not responsible for any damage to items you send back to us. Please forward us your package tracking number to prevent from packages getting lost or delayed. Items lost in transport will not be compensated if our instructions were not followed.

Items will be inspected upon return and are the sole responsibility of the buyer until items arrive at our office. Please to care to package your return to prevent any damage to the item and its original packaging. 

Product orders and bespoke orders accepted by EZGI CINAR are final. You may not cancel this agreement at any time.
